For business or pleasure, our spacious Kay Dalton Banquet Room is ideal for formal parties and receptions, informal gatherings and business seminars. Groups or individuals may choose from a variety of room floor plans and amenities to create that special atmosphere tailored to your specific needs. The Kay Dalton Room can accommodate 250 people for special occasion dining and up to 500 people in a comfortable seminar style arrangement. The Kay Dalton Room is equipped with modern kitchen facilities, a portable stage and a Public Address system. The Kay Dalton Room may also be booked for your special occasion seven days a week.
Rental Fees for Kay Dalton, East and West Rooms are based on a 6 hour block of time which includes time to decorate and clean the facility. All other rooms are booked in 1 hour increments, with a minimum booking of two hours. The Community Center staff will be happy to set up tables and chairs for your event and assist you with the selection of your setup.
You will find the Monroe Room an attractive and comfortable setting for your next business meeting or seminar. There are many amenities to accommodate your needs including audio/visual equipment, dry erase board, and a coffee service. The Monroe Room comfortably seats 50 persons for meetings or seminars and may be arranged to suit your particular needs.
Your damage deposit is refundable if the room is cleaned properly, nothing is damaged, your group leaves the facility on time, and all room rental policies are followed. All groups must have the room cleaned and checked out by 9:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, by 12 midnight Friday and Saturday, and by 10:00p.m. on Sunday.

For your convenience, there is a children's party package available for gatherings where children will be in attendance. For a $60 fee per 20 children, staff will provide supervised games, arts & crafts and other activities in the community center throughout the reception
