PLANNING DIVISION Monday through Thursday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Fridays 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The Planning Division is responsible for the administration of development requests, zoning and all advanced planning activities. The Planning Division assists citizens, property owners, realtors and architects in understanding and applying the Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances. Planning Division Staff is also the support for the Development Review Committee, the Planning Commission, and the Historic Preservation Commission.
