The Streets Divisions also maintains the City-owned storm drain facilities and coordinates their maintenance with the major in Monrovia owned and operated by the Los Angeles County Flood Control District. During the annual rainstorms, Street Division personnel patrol both the City and County owned facilities to assure proper operation of the facilities.
