DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE The Development Review Committee is made up of City staff to review new development proposals, additions, façade changes, signage, minor exceptions, minor conditional use permits and advisory review for conditional use permits, oak tree trimming or removal, variances and zone changes. The Committee which consists fo the Director of Public Works, Police Chief, Fire Chief, and the Director of Community Development, meets every other Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers. Applications for the next meeting will not be accepted after noon on the preceding Wednesday. Please contact the Planning Division at (626) 932-5565 for exact meeting dates and more information.
