All dogs are required to be licensed. Click on Dog Licenses & Fees for more information on obtaining a license for your pet.Renewal notices will be mailed to residents. Rabies certificates must be valid for the entire license period.

Monrovia Animal Control maintains a small adoption program which keeps a select group of animals that are viable for adoption.
