Administrative Services prepares financial reports, maintains the general ledger system and chart of accounts, reconciles monthly bank statements, provides monthly financial reports for operating departments, prepares the annual State Controller’s Report, compiles data for the City’s annual financial audit and all other regulatory audits, and prepares the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR).
