Community Development Departments Response to COVID-19
In an effort to help prevent further community spread of COVID-19, the City of Monrovia is limiting public access to all City facilities including City Hall.
Considering the Community Development Department is located in the City Hall, services will be limited for the time being until further notice. We understand this is an inconvenience and impacts a lot of people, which is why this page will be dedicated to the Community Development Department's service updates.
We thank you for your patience as we work on new procedures to provide you the service you have come to expect from staff.
