MW Investment Group is proposing to develop a 3.03 acre site within the Station Square Transit Village area located over the city block bound by Evergreen Avenue to the north, Pomona Avenue to the south, Primrose Avenue to the east, and Magnolia Avenue to the west. This 5-story mixed-use project will include 276 residential units (including 3 live/work units), 7,180 square feet of commercial space, and a parking structure with 500 parking spaces. Amenities include a future public park, a gym, courtyard, and a roof deck.
